Charles “Chuck” Benton joined the Lebanon County Career & Technology Center (LCCTC) as Executive Administrative Director in January 2025. With nearly 30 years in public education, Chuck is passionate about helping every student discover their purpose, gain real-world skills, and graduate ready for success in college, careers, and life.

Before coming to LCCTC, Chuck served in several school districts across Pennsylvania—Donegal, Southern York County, and Dover—where he helped build strong CTE programs and partnerships that connect classrooms to local industries.

At LCCTC, Chuck leads with the belief that “Every Learner, Every Day, Career-Ready in Every Way!” He works closely with staff, students, and community partners to ensure the Center continues to grow and meet the workforce needs of Lebanon County and South Central Pennsylvania.

Chuck and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 30 plus years. They have two daughters, Anna and Grace, both proud graduates of CTE programs who continue to embody the value of hands-on, career-focused education.
